We met almost two years ago and I was in a poor place in life. He offered me resources and a place to live after three months of knowing me. I accepted, stayed, and left once it got bad enough. I left four other times until he moved somewhere else, states away. I’m doing okay in life now but worry nobody else will ever accept me. I feel like a miserable, horrible, shitty person. I feel like I dramatized everything. I come from an abusive home and am barely gripping onto what I learned in therapy for years.
He was loyal. He was willing. I know he loved me, and I know I made mistakes too. Every other interaction socially feels like a void in comparison and I’m five months into no contact. He was cruel, cold, selfish, and told me that he never abused me as well.
I recently learned that I’m on the spectrum and wonder if it was just always me and my fault. I feel like a void realizing that my life problems were just a smorgasbord that will never go away because it can’t be medicated away.
He still wants me back, still tries to contact me, and I gave him so many chances. He said that I abused him too and I’m so worried that I did. I feel evil and unlovable. I know if I went back he would crush me and destroy me.
I couldn’t cry until this week— I went months without crying. Everything hurts. I gave him my soul for it to be permanently damaged. I’m at the end of my rope. I have no friends because he made me cut them off. I’m tired of torturing my family by talking about this with my family. I need comfort so badly. I feel so empty and bitter and wounded.

i don't want to hear, "youre not alone, so many people are here for you!" because it doesn't feel like it and its not true. i have next to no friends and i feel like im annoying to my boyfriend of almost four months. im nearly always alone, especially at night when im not playing games with my cousin online, which is maybe twice a week.
i dropped out of highschool three days after i turned sixteen last year and since then my depression has generally gotten worse. i left because it was making my mental health so bad, and as a male and where im from, people dont take it very seriously and often think that im just overly sensitive.
it feels like my mom hates me and the 'friends' i have dont want to see me / 'never can'. i have one irl friend that still sees me and i have my cousin, who is basically my sister atp who i talk to on the daily besides my boyfriend. my mom isnt home every other week and i rarely see her when shes out of work or not with her boyfriend. i was supposed to see her tonight but she went out drinking again and she doesnt want to pick me up.
im suicidal but i dont want to do anything and i know in the long run that i wont; it would break my boyfriends heart and i have pets to look after, along with three younger brothers that i wouldnt dare leave behind. it just hurts being alone all the time and then beating myself up for it.
i really just want a friend who wont go and doesnt want anything from me but to be my friend; but i cant even have that because i cant keep up a conversation + i cant start a conversation either. im not asking for help, i rlly just needed to vent or something.

Been at the lowest point ever for about a year now. I can’t drive, when I do it’s no farther than a stoplight because I freak out being far from home. No way I could walk into any establishment. Well, I’ve been slowly pushing myself. Yesterday I drive around my town for an hour and TODAY:

1. I got a pedicure by myself
2. I drive to my dad’s house which is approx 4 stoplights away
3. Drove on a highway (no freeways yet but we’re getting there)
4. Ate at a deli, stayed there to eat, made a friend there and we talked the whole time
5. Went into a quilting shop and signed up for 5 weeks of quilting classes
6. Went into another craft shop and joined a weekly book club

It’s still close to my house, I haven’t been able to leave my town yet but DAMN it feels good. I feel like electricity is running through me. 6 months ago I couldn’t even swallow solid food and was scared of the shower. 3 months ago I was so crippled by hypochondria I was scared the breathe the air in my house.
Here are some things that have helped me I wish I knew earlier:

1. Take your meds. You can’t do this alone, allow the necessary tools in your life help you.
2. I started putting my problems into perspective such as “there are so many things to freak out about. Driving down the street is not one of them”
3. Asking myself what would really happen if I had a panic attack. I realized that I wouldn’t die, or be sick, and that I can leave anytime. Scared of driving, pull over! I will make it home and I will be okay.
4. Remind yourself you’re prepared. You know methods to get out of a panic attack, that was training you to handle these big jumps, trust in yourself that you know how to cope with this anxiety
5. Lastly, remind yourself that leaving the house is fun. I freaked out at my pedi for a second because I felt trapped. Then I focused on the warm water, and the massage chair and reminded myself that people do this to relax, turned off my anxiety and remembered what the activity actually was.

Moved to this big city with my boyfriend for his job. He gets fired last week, hides it from me until yesterday and then he packed up all his stuff and said he would be back in a few weeks. I then broke up with him completely because he is abusive and mean. So here I am, I don’t know anyone here. My rent is $1700 a month for a small one bedroom and I cannot afford it alone. Just paid $2000 to fix his car then my car broke down yesterday to top it off. I work from home and have no contact with coworkers. I’ve never been so sad and alone. I don’t know how I’ll be able to get back to my home city which is 2 hours away. I can’t take this job to another city. So I’ll need a new job. And I’ll need a place to live. I can’t stop crying and I didn’t sleep last night. He purposely separated me from my friends and family just to hurt me. I don’t know what to do.

Hi all
We're in contract for a home that's $500,000. After an inspection we requested the sellers to repair a broken unit. We received and shared the quote of $5000 with them. They initially refused but later agreed to only cover half the cost but I insisted they cover the full amount due to the environmental issues without it and not fit for my family to move in.
My agent stepped in and said the seller can offer half as credit and he would cover the other half from his commission to close this deal. In order for this to happen, he said he and the seller will give us credits at closing since he didn't want to pay upfront and risk us not closing at the end.
To confirm what this means, I think. At closing the sale price is still $500,000 but the seller and my agent will give me +$5000 credit to cover the cost of repair after we close?

I am renting a room in my house, and for a few reasons, my current tenant has to go. When I was very young, my father was an alcoholic. He got sober when I was very young but I remember staying at grandma's house a lot and picking daddy up from jail.
I was restlessly bullied in grade and middle school, as well as the beginning of high school. I had a plan to kill myself, but one person who was a true friend at the time told the school counselor and I got the help I needed.
I began to separate myself from the bullies and made new friends. I smoked a lot of weed and drank a lot of alcohol. I woke up to a "friend" having sex with my unconscious body. his girlfriend found out and I became a slut and a homewrecker. I began experiencing panic attacks, often.
After high school I had no clue what I wanted to do so I attended community college and got a general associate degree in arts and sciences. I decided to party a lot and made the decision to move 12 hours from home at age 22.
I was still into drugs to cope. My neighbor sexually assaulted me and locked me in his apartment until he forced me out after forcing himself on me. I told my male roommate what happened and he was ready to kill him but I decided to pursue a protection order instead. At that time in that state, because I didn't reside in his apartment, they couldn't do anything to help me. I avoided him and tried to break my lease so no avail. I came home from work one night and found my rapist sitting at my kitchen table with my roommate standing over him. My roommate told me to go to my room and lock the door and call 911. I heard commotion, I peaked out my door while on the phone with 911 and saw blood everywhere. Once police and ambulance arrived I learned my rapist broke in and was waiting for me to get home but my roommate beat me there. He assaulted my roommate. My roommate was okay and rapist got arrested.
After that event, I moved in with my boyfriend because I was terrified to go home. My then boyfriend was very sick. I didn't know until I witnessed it. He had schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. He became extremely abusive. He threatened death to me, once locked me in a room for 3 days, pointed a gun at me, pulled the trigger anf then laughed when I flinchdd because it wasn't loaded. I finally had enough, told him I was leaving, we fought. I asked to go smoke a cigarette. He told me it's cold and to smoke inside. I went to grab a cigarette when I heard a blast. I look And he shot himself through the heart. The rest is a blur, I spent hours being questioned by police and ultimately released. I was so messed up and began using opiates and heroin to numb the pain.
I got in a relationship with another heroin addict. I got sick of living that way and went to rehab half dead. My ex refused to get help so we broke up. I went back to college to get a bachelor's degree in social work. I found out a year after our breakup that my ex killed himself.
I completed college and graduated Suma Cum Laude with perfect grades. I got a job helping domestic violence victims. After covid Iost that job. I ended up moving and finding a new relationship. I got a job in the mental health hospital.
One night on the last leg of my 12 hour shift, I began experiencing excruciating pain, couldn't stand up straight and kept tripping over my feet. I went home thinking I was just exhausted. Only the next morning, I couldn't walk at all. I was hospitalized and diagnosed with a degenerative neurological autoimmune condition that has left me permanently disabled on the right side of my body and I now use a crutch or crutches to walk. I found a wonderful job in my field that has literally saved my life.
I'm only 34 years old. If anyone who knows me reads this, they'll know who I am and I don't care. This is my story. If you read this far, thank you. I just needed to share my life story.

CHAPTER NINE: FINANCIALS

I have had this issue ever since my new build, the Norton symbol pops up on the taskbar and a dialog box pops up stating "Runtime Error 217 at XXXXXXXX", most recently the error has been "Runtime error at 217 053264C9". You can see a photo here. Whenever this error pops up it minimizes all tasks. I can be in the middle of a game, watching a video, or just when idle.

I purchased Norton for LifeLock, and use the antivirus since it was free. I had no issues with my previous build. All drivers are up to date, the PC is up to date. No known viruses, no unutilized or unknown apps. I have ran SFC & DISM. Uninstalled and reinstalled Norton. Repaired Microsoft Visuals. Nothing has resolved. Has anyone experienced this? I really do not want to have to reset my PC.

Out of curiosity I was catching up on the TikTok hearing and was hoping to hear the CEO grilled, and some of the chair gripping questions included:
"Does TikTok access the home WiFi network?"
"When my pupils dilate would it affects the app's algorithm?"
Okay there were some really good questions surrounding data privacy and sovereignty, but those were brief islands of sensibility amidst the chaos. A lot of questions on the involvement of the Chinese government in the app, legal threats, and of course the ignorant tech questions above.
I am aware of course of the crypto congressional hearing in 2021 and the recent one in 2023, but I recall only the former really exploring its technical implications. But after listening to these politicians bumbling around tech, a simple video app, that they dont understand, didn't take the effort to understand, yet are looking to ban, I'm not too hot on the same people writing laws and regulations around crypto.
If they can't even wrap their reptile brains around how an app like TikTok works how are they going to determine fair laws and standards for something like L2 rollups?
And when they struggle to tear things apart, they resort to political attacks and threats. Imagine Vitalik, a Russian and Zhao, a Chinese, on the stand.
Maybe we should wait for a new generation of people to enter officr before pushing for crypto regulations.

My spouse is the resident and he’s struggling with one specific rotation in intern year. He didn’t meet expectations once and has been working way way more hours than the “cap” to try to meet them this time around, as he’s had to repeat the rotation. Another of his resident mates also had to repeat and I think passed his second time. (I think it’s a completely absurd rotation with totally out of touch expectations, but that’s for a different post). He’s done fine or even great on his other rotations, but they still basically said if he doesn’t pass this time, they’re not going to renew his contract. We moved across the country for this, and it might be for nothing. Today he’s been gone from 6 am and he’ll probably get home around 12 or 1 am. I’m expecting our first baby in May and also have an established job making enough to support the family. He’s coming home every day depressed and wanting to quit, and I’ve been trying to support him through, but I’ve hit the wall and had enough of the ridiculous hours. Given our current financial situation (and the fact he doesn’t have med school loans), I’m really struggling to tell him to keep going with this, when I think we’d all be happier if he did something else. He was previously an engineer and maybe he could combine the two, or maybe hell be a stay at home dad for a bit. I think I’m just needing a place to vent, but has anyone else seriously gotten to a place where you’ve considered throwing in the towel?

The camera is fine in the Aqara app but shows “No Response” in the Home app. I know this no response thing has been an issue with HomeKit lately for many people and mine finally settled down until I installed the G4. Have any of you had this issue and resolved it? Thanks!

Build to Full Gear
After the events of All Out, MJF and CM Punk waste 0 time getting reacquainted. On the Dynamite after All Out, MJF announces his partnership with the Firm. He refers to the team as backup in the rare event he needs it. Punk interrupts the festivities to call MJF a little bitch who doesn’t know how to wrestle. This infuriates MJF as Punk lays insults on the Poker Chip holder. MJF throws back his own but finds himself struggling to combat the fact CM Punk has beat him. Punk eventually walks away but when he turns MJF jumps him by smacking him with the Poker Chip. He then viciously punches Punk while yelling “You're nothing but a useless old bastard trying to relive the glory days. He busts Punk open while The Firm fends off security from breaking up the assault.
After this brutal display of viciousness from MJF, CM Punk is sidelined with an injury as MJF continues to gloat about what he did to “Old Man Punk”. On social media Punk tweets about his want to come back but the doctors are not clearing him. This happens for 3 weeks until MJF pushes his luck. On the last episode of Dynamite in September he verbally berates Punk. He says he should be ashamed of himself because he had it all and let it all go away because of his own ego. MJF mocks Punk by saying “BooHoo, I don’t get to the Main Event, Vince’s pride and joy. I’ll never be the next Steve Austin. Well I guess I’ll go home and sit with my UGLY ASS DOG” With that MJF is jumped by someone who has jumped the barricade and that person is C.M Punk. Punk fights off Firm members while he attempts to attack a fleeing MJF. Finally, W. Morrisey is able to toss Punk out of the ring, while MJF escapes. This leads to MJF and Punk staring at each other through the ropes with nothing but the Firm and the ring separating them.
After this faithful September day, Punk seems to have tasted blood. He repeatedly jumps MJF backstage and in the ring resulting in brawls always broken up by the Firm. At one point Punk is interviewed and asked “Punk, why do you put yourself through this” Punk responds with “I understand holding this championship makes a lot of people hate me, I know that now I have more enemies than before, but this is a sacrifice, the target is on my back, the burden is on me, to guide AEW, to help, to truly help it, that's the only reason I came here, hell I don't even care about my relevancy, but I care about the people in the crowd, and the young on the back who are now dreaming the same dreams as me, i care about this business, what I'm doing is putting myself in the line of fire, everything, so this sport can live, you guys can enjoy, and the ones at the back can freely dream. I’m doing this so a cocky bastard can’t destroy everything that has been built.
In the final weeks of Dynamite MJF nicknames Punk “AEW’s John”. The two continue to brawl week after week with neither Punk showing zero quit despite The Firm isolating him. Week after week The Firm get the better of Punk after learning his ways and methods from his previous attacks. And week after week the fans expect Punk to be saved but thanks to all of the bridges he has burnt in the past no one helps him. On the Go-home show Stokely Hathoway, meets with MJF and infers that his group deserve a thank you. MJF never gives them that thank you. Meanwhile Punk looks like a shell of himself thanks to the weeks of abuse thrown his way.

CM Punk(C) vs MJF for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship
As soon as Punk enters the ring MJF jumps on him and slows the pace down. MJF dominates the beginnings of the match but Punk refuses to give up. Punk is able to weather the early attacks from MJF and the match becomes a back and forth affair. Towards the end of the match Punk’s body gives up on him. He struggles to stand and fight back while MJF continues the devastating attack. Punk gains a bit of separation as the ref checks his wellbeing. As this happens Stokley walks down the ramp and throws up two fingers. When he does Ethan Page low blows MJF as Morrissey Big Boots him. This allows Punk to pin Max. 1.2.3. However after seeing how he won he is ashamed of himself.
Fallout
After the Full Gear match that garners world wide praise, MJF is nowhere to be found. Rumors swirl about contract renegotiations but no one knows. Meanwhile MJF likes tweets from Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman.
Also Swerve in Our Glory retains the titles.

hi, I’ve had a very complicated relationship with my schooling over the years.
first i was sexually abused in elementary school and had issues with men and school that e eventually turned into full blown panic attack at the idea of school i left three months into the seventh grade year and did online i went back for eighth grade, then covid hit. and i online freshman year it was online and hybrid then completely online, sophomore heard i went out to another state and did school there while staying with family then i came back home and did online then i got into a early college program and committed two weeks before the first day of school i got my rooms assignment and everything the night before i had no day in my classes and i tried to kill myself my second day there. i went back home and deferred for a year, now is around th time i want to decide if i’m going or not . in this time also my mom died. I have a toxic chaotic household and everyone one of my siblings tell each other to get when they can. i remember eventually after my initial panic attacks for school in person i would calm down and have fun times and social interaction . My question is: Should i commit to my early college program and have two years there and graduate with a AA, or do i not go and figure out my life there? typing it out it seems easy to decide which one is smarter but the panic won’t let me see pst everything i had built up around school?
i’m pretty sure if i don’t go this year then i won’t finish schooling at all. I have motivation and want to be smart but i’m afraid i lost my retained information because it my sporadic schooling.I’m scared i’m dumb and wont be able to do well. I’m socially stunted and want to make friends and have social interaction. i know not going would be self sabotage but it’s hard for me to not have the absolute right answer as someone with OCD.
Also i have chronic pain that debilitates me for hours at a time and i’m scared about how college life with deal with that.
I don’t really know why ima laing answer just don’t know what to do. I’m working on lowering my expectations because i tend to commit to one thing and line my life up with it then went someone throws a-wrench i panic and breakdown

So i got fired today (my first job, been there for a year now) because of “insubordination” …before i got this job i was home all the time bc of covid n i had no social skills at all, i could barely look strangers in the eye…now that i’ve been working in fast food i’m such a talkative person even with strangers , i love talking to customers and i’ve met great coworkers but now that came to an end and i’m just scared i’ll go back to how i first was…idk i ruin a lot tbh
