I've recently picked bo3 up again and want to get the achievements for the ee's. But I'm also interested in the workshop maps such as call of the dead remastered. I don't know if using these workshop mods will disable achievements for the main game.

Hi. I stay around the Galleria on the west side of this huge city. I’ve got no real plans this weekend for the first time in months and I’m just wishing I had someone cool here to spend it with. Big proponent of getting to know someone is lending an ear to their lifestory and my ears are burning to listen to someone who has intentions of sticking around.

So, for the context, i work at a outsourcing company for digital marketing and we are given clients to work with. I work in the email department and on a specific platform called Salesforce marketing cloud and responsible for all things emails, from setting up to deploying. I handle 2 clients at the moment. So one of the clients which is part time, his communication is very off, runs different simultaneous campaigns and their requests side by side. Even on calls he is never direct about anything, says a lot of irrelevant stuff that we need to filter out according to our requirements. And I too, started out a year ago, still learning everything about the platform and logics to be used for setting up customer journeys etc. I have people to go to for guidance but it's mostly to just check with them if I'm doing the right thing. They are not to be fully dependent upon. Just for consulting.
So there was this campaign he asked to set up and it was a lot of to and fro on this, some errors needed to be fixed n all. Don't want to go into details as you people might get bored. In conclusion what happened was that an email was supposed to be sent to 1k people but it got sent to 5k people and the client let us know about it. His email didn't mention any blame on us. He just stated that this has happened and please try to change the logic so it doesn't happen again. First, when we got the email regarding this, we were about to log off for the day and we usually do not handle request this late, also the person I used to go to for this client already logged off as I could see her status and we work night shift so it's not easy to reach out at 5 am when someone must be asleep. Since it was an issue, i looked into it and understood what would have happened to cause this error and found the fix and suggested it to client right away by saying we will be able to do it the next day since our day was already over.
Now, the thing is - 1. It was actually my fault that I didn't pay attention to small details and logic and not point it out to him about it. But I was not entirely at fault since the client is the one who approves on everything to be done and designs the campaigns, activates it too. We just implement it, marketing operations thing. But I should've paid more attention to the logics and notified him about it since the client consults us on things too even after being good at that platform. If my team lead looks closely on the email thread and understand the situation and asks me things about it in details, I'm sure he would see that it is kind of my fault to not understand the logic on the first place. 2. The fix i suggested him to do, although I am 90% sure it is the right fix, but because I'm still learning the platform and not confident enough on it (i should be, just lack of confidence in general, this is by far my big first mistake, mistake that actually led to emails being sent to wrong people) I have my doubts about the fix. There could be an effective and better fix to it for sure which experienced people would've known better, but still it's like I just need some validation.
This happened at the end of a Friday. I'm still waiting for replies from both the client and the person I consult too ( i texted to take a look and let me know if it's right or not). I thought I would have a nice relaxing weekend but this last minute thing triggered my anxiety.
I'm really really scared that the team lead might look into it and point out my mistake and will loose confidence and trust in me or the client would point it out. I am fine accepting my mistake and apologizing for it. I just hate when people loose confidence in me at work. I have unfortunately created my life around work and if I don't do well at work, I feel worthless, loose confidence and self esteem. I know this is not healthy, this is my first job, I'm just 23 but idk how to change this. And to be honest, i know the worst thing possible is I'll get fired, which i know won't happen, it's not that big thing. But I have this awareness that even if I get fired, the only thing that would be affected is how I feel about myself, confidence, self esteem and everything.
So so sorry for the rant, this is my first time posting something for advice. Feel free to slap me with harsh truths but just don't be unnecessarily rude.

Okay so before anything else I’ve never posted anywhere on Reddit before so bare with me.
Second, all opinions are based on my own personal experiences. My “credentials” being that I work at one of the premier chipotles in my area (15k a day), have worked at multiple other restaurants including running a local business for 2 years, Sonic, and a restaurant more on the finer side of dining. This is purely restaurant experience and have more mostly in a supervisory position.
Alright so let’s get to it.

1. “Customer Service” From the second you start watching the training videos, like most restaurants, will emphasize the customer. How they’re always right and that you want them to feel like family. This is the most absurd thing about training because when you get down to it, Chipotle’s core values and practices are not indicative of a good customer experience. All chipotle cares about is speed and money. I have worked as a crew member for 6 months and haven’t seen a single “table touch”. The fact that all any of my managers (from KL to GM) can say when they help a customer is “what else” and “that’s extra” providing the most uninviting and socially awkward situation I’ve ever seen in customer service is crazy to me. And these are good hard working people. They’re just taught to act like robots so their precious throughput is high enough. It’s honestly embarrassing seeing how flustered customers can get because they’re just seen as an order to be fulfilled, not a person.
   
2. Management System
   

On paper, the management system that chipotle works with isn’t the worst. But unfortunately, a LOT of things that work on paper don’t in real life. On the books it provides a coherent and easy to follow chain of command, Kitchen Leader -> Shift Leader -> AP -> GM. But in REALITY, it leads to a mess of 4 people every shift that are all in some place of power each instructing you to do 3 different things in 3 different ways. Maybe in a perfect world this wouldn’t happen, but as I said in point 1 all anyone cares about are sales and money so instead of taking the time to address these issues, they’re tossed to the side as low priority.

1. The Waste

I understand labeling everything. But is there not a better way than the millions upon millions of stickers that all eventually get washed down the drain polluting our water systems?

1. Shift Change

If my shift ends at 3 and my replacement is late, why is that ALWAYS my problem? Maybe it’s my store only but there has never been a time when I left when I’m scheduled to leave. It’s like all of us are just expected to not have lives outside of the job, and when I or other employees get annoyed about it and vocalize our issues WE are looked at as the bad guys. If it wasn’t an every shift issue I wouldn’t even be bothered but it’s every single shift, I don’t understand.

1. Work Ethic

I understand that no matter what I say here I’m gonna get the usual comments and that’s okay but, I grew up working on a farm, have worked much harder and physically demanding jobs than chipotle. Maybe it’s my age starting to get to me or just all the things that I hate about this place but, why the hell would I work so goddamn hard for this place? Everyone here thinks it’s weird that I don’t work at 1000mph. I genuinely get harassed for it. Yet I don’t see the point for sweating, running around, frying chips while chopping onions and sweeping all at the same time for slightly over minimum wage and the most miserable job I’ve ever been at. Don’t get me wrong I’m not an asshole. I don’t sit there and purposefully fuck people over and don’t look for ways to be lazy.
TLDR I hate working at chipotle, and don’t think my experiences are because of my coworkers but the system they are apart of.

At work we use a BI tech software for data. I utilize the program in my job and the company has a program that awards best use cases for the software for customers. I have received feedback that certain work that i do in it has helped the business and one project in particular. We use it to analyze sales data from our retailers that is pretty common data that our industry uses.
I decided to nominate myself because I'm trying to gain confidence in myself and I enjoy working with this software. I get to the finalist round and company puts out a blog post and sends an email with finalists namesthe category of the award and the company i work for. The manager of my department messages me and tells me to call her asap. She asks me if I know who nominated me and what for and what the nomination said and if it had proprietary information. I said i don't know actually who nominated me because i felt embarrassed i had nominated myself and by the sounds of her voice and how she was reacting something was wrong with me entering. I said i'd email the nominating committee about what was said and send it to her.
I called her back an hour later because i wanted to tell her to truth and what i nominated myself and what for. I'm a very careful person and made sure in the submission to keep in pretty coded and not to release customer information. The subject of my work was using the software to analyze how we could improve service to our customers and how to help our sales team increase sales and the business by combining different data sources.
When i called her my voice broke and i had a hard time holding back tears in my voice because i hate that I lied. She asked what the nomination was about and she said i should have approved it first before entering. She said that she doesn't want our work to be shared because it gives other companies an idea of how we use the software and doesn't want to release it to keep our competitive advantage.
This kind of stumped me because i don't think what we do in using a BI tool with data that is common in this industry is that different from what other companies do. I made sure to tell her i was careful in what i wrote. She told me that i need to rescind the nomination because she doesn't want us to be featured in any press releases or content.
My question is how do I recover from this? First lying to a manager then crying and making this mistake. Also feeling down that i didn't get to possibly get recognized for an accomplishment.

I work full time for an insurance company. WFH customer service type thing. I'm finally getting my AA degree this summer and want to continue and get a Med Coding/ Billing certificate which will take me about another year. I've been in and out of college for about 10 years. Went back almost 2.5 years ago after I had my son.
But I'm tired. I'm so tired and over it and I just want to make enough to get out of this crappy apartment and not be financially sinking like I have been my whole life.
I want to get a Bachelors in Health Management, but that would take me another 2-3 years.
I'm not sure if I should just get the Med Coding cert and just be done with school FINALLY in a year, because another 3 years seems like wayyy too much more school for me.
I would like to continue working from home and work with Coding or Claims, but with a Bachelors I'd be able to make a significant amount more money.
I just don't want to continue school, I'm so over it. Some advice would be nice.
