Y-Front Navy - XS (It's tagged Small, but definitely fits more like XS. Other than that, it's in perfect condition) = $160
Openweight Wool Longsleeve - XS (Barely worn, mostly just has some cat hairs on it) = $110
Airspace Pullover - Gray - Small (Great condition, looks new beside the cuffs being cotton and showing a bit of wash/wear) = $100
Breezy Linen Pivot - Near Black - XS (Bought new in 2016. This was from one of the later runs that year, with a noticeably softer linen) = $70
M/Co Pivot Navy Sky - XS (Very good condition, worn a handful of times.) = $85
F.cloth Hard Shirt - XS - Flat Black (From the first non-EXP run. Barely worn) = $120
Hooded Shank - Small - Black - Modified (Very much in like new condition, sans the two bar tacks I’ve added onto each sleeve to make not gape open so much. Should be undoable w/o much evidence they were there, if you don’t like them) = $355
EXP f.cloth Hard Shirt - XS - Navy (Still in excellent shape — just the usual dustiness that rubs off on the neck of DWR stuff. Even then, it’s pretty faint (and will just come back as soon as you wear it anyways). This is from the original experiment run, so it has the hangtag on the outside of the shirt, and the cooler chest pocket construction) = $120
DF Doublehood Cardigan - Black/Marine, Small (Good condition, but light pilling here and there. In a world where I have unlimited money and storage.. I'd keep this baby) = $160 SOLD Paper Nylon Tote - Medium (Great condition, just some dust and dirt from various outings) = $140
UU Track Jacket - Small - Charcoal (Like new. I think I wore it out of the house once. Actually really love this jacket, but I just always pick my black one to wear instead) = $220

2023.03.25 01:28 ultraprismic Card request and a ludicrously basic question about travel rewards
- Current cards: (list cards, limits, opening date)
- TD reward card, $19k limit, opened mid-2019, revolving balance, paid in full every month
- US Bank card, $20k limit, opened 2017, I do not use this card ever
- FICO Score: 750-800 range
- Oldest account age: around 5 and a half years
- Income: $225k + bonuses
- Average monthly spend and categories:
- dining $900
- groceries: $850
- gas: $60 (both mostly remote)
- travel: $400
- other: we spend $4k-$10k per month total on our card, so more than enough to meet most reward minimums I saw while browsing card options
- Open to Business Cards: Sure
- What's the purpose of your next card? Being smarter about travel rewards
- Do you have any cards you've been looking at? AmEx Gold, Chase Sapphire Preferred, specific American Airlines or United card
- Are you OK with category spending or do you want a general spending card? Category spending is fine, but I'm really not looking to churn and switch between cards a lot.
Background: In our 20s, my husband and I got into stupid, stupid credit card debt. We buckled down and started budgeting, saving, and paying it off in our early 30s. It was successful (thanks,
YNAB!) and we now have no debt other than a home and car payment, healthy savings, etc.
When we were in debt paydown mode, we put our credit cards in a drawer and used debit cards only. We cancelled our cards once the balances hit $0. (Yes, in retrospect, bad idea! Reward points, purchase protection, age of accounts, etc. It made sense for us back then, psychologically speaking, to know every swipe came out of our checking account, and to close those cards once we paid them off.) After we paid off our debt, I opened a TD reward card that we use for almost everything and faithfully pay off in full each month.
I know nothing about credit card rewards beyond "we get them." I redeem ours in cash every once in a while and throw that into our e-fund or travel fund. But I know we could be doing this much smarter.
We live in L.A. and visit family in Chicago twice a year, so whatever card we get, the points have to be redeemable for American or United (the only domestic nonstops LAX-ORD). Other than that, we travel 4-5 times a year - relatives in San Francisco, friends in DC and NY, other domestic trips. We have a baby, so not a ton of international travel in our future beyond maybe Mexico.
I started researching travel reward cards and my head is spinning. My credit score is excellent, so I think I can get approved for any mainstream card. We eat out a lot and love to cook, so something with good foodie rewards would be ideal. But if I get, say, AmEx Gold, can I use those points to book trips with any airline, or just AmEx partners? What about Chase Sapphire Preferred?
I guess my question is - which card is right for a beginner travel rewards person? Whichever one I pick, can I redeem those points for flights on any airline, or am I limited to that card's specific partners only? Are airline-specific cards ever worth it (for instance, the AA or United cards, which would give me free checked bags on those flights if nothing else), or are the rewards lousy?
Thanks.

2023.03.25 01:27 St0ned__ Legal cannabis in NYC
Today I went to the “first legal dispensary” in NYC, and it was piss poor compared to West Coast dispensaries. I have shopped in LA and San Francisco mostly for reference. I shouldn’t have even bought anything. The vibe of the store itself was weird and like it wasn’t “for me”, it’s meant for the rich Neo liberals that live in that neighborhood and have no taste in good cannabis. I am very disappointed in New York being so behind in the game. Has anyone else tried legal dispensaries in NYC?

2023.03.25 01:11 Illustrious-Lab3698 What do after the bars closed at 2?
I've recently started exploring nightlife in San Diego and typically go to Pacific Beach. As someone who doesn't get drunk easily and also a night owl I don't really wanna come back to my place at 2 in the morning when I actually feel pretty good and want to stay out. Anyone in the same boat?
What do you guys do after 2? I think all the bars/clubs are closed by that time.

2023.03.25 00:44 WyndiMan [OT] Formula E is apparently racing in San Jose this weekend (actually, it's in Sao Paulo on part of the old Indycar Sambadrome circuit!)
2023.03.25 00:43 zayman112 Provisionally Passed at 175.
- Disclaimer * The information in this post is geared towards individuals who are already well versed in the domains. If you don’t have a commensurate level of knowledge or experience, my course of actions probably won’t benefit you.
I went into this test very comfortable with the fact that I could fail and would have to take it again because due to lack of preparedness.
Background: Cyber guy doing a variety of stuff the past 5 years from Enterprise Defense to Penetration Testing. This was my first attempt at the exam.
Education: Bachelors and Masters in the relevant field of study.
Certs: A couple of SANS, OSCP, CEH, Sec+
Study routine: I studied off and on for about 7 days. The last 3 days were actually focused. I only used the LearnZapp app. I have the OSG but didn’t have the discipline to use it. For the LearnZapp, I did a few assessment test and one practice test. Other than that I did quite a few 10-25 custom test targeting specific domains. I think my overall readiness in each domain was around 50 - 60% due to not going through the whole question bank. I bookmarked anything I missed and analyze why I missed it from a concept/theory standpoint. Most of the things I missed during studying were things I simply didn’t know the definition or underlying concept.
Test day: I arrived early to the parking lot and then watched the “Why You Will Pass CISSP” ~14 minute video (not sure if it helped or not but I recommend watching it), did the routine check in and started my test.
Once I started the test, I kept up a good pace and finished in about 2 hours. I was nervous at the 125 mark when it didn’t end and all the way to the 175 mark where I figured I failed. I didn’t. I got hung up on a few questions due to close answers but for anything else it was either I felt strongly about what I chose or had new clue so I pressed instead of wasting cycles.
Hope this helps anyone with the same level of experience/knowledge. For anyone that is pretty competent, I highly recommend the LearnZapp app as a primary means of study.

2023.03.25 00:32 epoch_fail MLB Pipeline's 2023 Prospect Rankings
Notes (Hitters/Fielders)
- Risers: Werner Blakely (15 to 8), Kyren Paris (19 to 10)
- Steady (+/- 2): Logan O'Hoppe, Zach Neto, Edgar Quero, Denzer Guzman, Adrian Placencia, Jeremiah Jackson, Nelson Rada
- Fallers: Randy De Jesus (16 to 25), Alexander Ramirez (17 to -), Arol Vera (18 to 29), Jordyn Adams (20 to 30), Jadiel Sanchez (28 to -)
- Newcomers: Livan Soto (wow), David Calabrese, both of whom were on the list in 2021
Notes (Pitchers)
- Risers: Chase Silseth (7 to 4), Walbert Urena (22 to 17), Mason Erla (24 to 18), Eric Torres (26 to 23), Ryan Costeiu (27 to 19), Victor Mederos (29 to 20), Nixon Encarnacion (30 to 24)
- Steady (+/- 2): Ky Bush, Sam Bachman, Ben Joyce, Caden Dana, Coleman Crow
- Fallers: Jake Madden (9 to 13), Landon Marceaux (10 to 22), Mason Albright (23 to -), Luke Murphy (25 to -)
- Newcomers: Jose Soriano, Jorge Marcheco
My Notes
Hitters
- Huge fall for Jordyn Adams, who was #3 on the Angels list in 2021, but is in danger of falling off altogether. Turns out drafting or signing guys with huge athletic gifts and hoping they figure it out is not a great strategy. Who knew? Jordyn Adams was drafted in the first round in 2018 and he batted an OPS of .650 across A+ and AA ball this past season. That's not what you want to see from a 23 year old. Contrast that with Edgar Quero, who is 19 and just batted .965 OPS at A ball, while Adams only reached around .700 OPS at A ball when he was 19 despite huge speed and raw power. There's still hope here, but with Adell graduating and other young outfielders making their way through the system (Nelson Rada, Randy De Jesus, David Calabrese), he's slowly running out of time.
- In what is proving to be a good problem to have, there's some positional overlap among the prospects. In addition to O'Hoppe and Quero, which I trust will sort itself out since Quero's timeline is quite a bit longer, decisions on infield personnel will have to be made between seven guys: Neto, Guzman, Blakely, Placencia, Jeremiah Jackson, Paris, and Livan Soto, most of whom play SS or 2B. Werner Blakely is the odd man out in that list who's mainly a 3B, but I figured I'd mention him because that's the other position the other guys would be asked to try out for if the logjam becomes cumbersome. Obviously, it's a few years until this problem rears its head for real, with Livan Soto the first one who will continue to get a crack at the lineup along with Michael Stefanic, probably followed by Zach Neto, Jeremiah Jackson, and Kyren Paris in due time. Also don't be surprised if any of them get moved for a hot OF or 1B prospect, since it's a bit thin there by comparison.
- FanGraphs' Depth Charts projects the Logan O'Hoppe to play regular time platooned with Stassi, a little playing time for Livan Soto, and some innings for Chase Silseth, Ben Joyce, and Eric Torres. Obviously, this is not a cut-and-dry projection, but it's certainly telling how so many of the worthwhile prospects are currently with the Trash Pandas.
- No 1B and only 1 3B in the top 30. Just thought that was interesting.
Pitchers
- The plan to only pick pitchers for one draft seems to be paying off, though it wasn't necessarily the people we were expecting all along. Seven pitchers: Bachman, Bush, Marceaux, Costeiu, Silseth, Torres, and Erla, were drafted in 2021, with Costeiu (7th), Silseth (11th), Torres (14th), and Erla (17th) spread out around later rounds.
- Generally speaking, Chase Silseth, Ben Joyce, Jake Madden, and Caden Dana (along with 28th rounder Coleman Crow) proved that you don't have to be drafted in the first couple rounds (Bachman, Bush, Detmers before, etc.) to emerge as a top prospect in the minors, and there's a nice mix of potential starters, relivers, and middle relievers down there.
- I don't know if it's the person ranking these doing better or just the recognition for certain players catching up to them, but I remember looking through the stats for the minor league teams and wondering why guys like Eric Torres and Coleman Crow (21 and already a workhorse at AA) didn't show up on the prospects ranking. It also made me wonder how guys like Jordyn Adams and Arol Vera took so long to fall. Luckily, those inconsistencies have now been rectified.
Not Listed
- The other guys I'm keeping an eye out for are Trey Cabbage (
catcher OF/1B/3B in AA who was hitting well until he was sidelined for the rest of last season with injury), Kolton Ingram (solid numbers as a reliever in AA), and Robinson Pina (SP who crushed it at A+, was moved straight to AAA, and got predictably shelled, so he'll probably be brought back down to AA).

2023.03.25 00:26 TypicalTreehugger 30 [M4F] UK/Online - Looking for a genuine connection with someone
Good day people!
Honestly, I'm not entirely sure how to write posts like this here, but I'd absolutely love to find someone to connect with. Hopefully, someone reading this will find something to relate to, if you did - drop me a message! :)
I'll start by saying I'm not someone desperately looking for affection, I was somewhat of a 'lone wolf' most of my life, and I've learned to be completely fine with it, and truthfully - I am. But lately I've grown to realise that it would actually be nice to have someone to create new experiences, memories and share them together. I find it very important to be able to form a connection with someone, I've learned that it's an awful feeling when you are with someone with whom you constantly feel careful about what you say, do and can't be fully yourself. I've always been someone who tries to find a laugh in everything, so a sense of humour is a big deal for me.
Here's a little about me - I am 30 years old, white, have hazel eyes, 6"2 in height and I currently live in a small country in Eastern Europe.
I'm naturally super curious as a person, I constantly listen to various podcasts or watch documentaries and I'd like to think I can hold a conversation about plenty of different topics. It comes to the point where I feel like I have so much information in my head, but majority of it is at a very shallow level. A lot of people must feel that way too - like having awareness and understanding on a vast number of different topics, but only on a surface level.
Outside of that I love nature and animals a lot, and when I say a lot I mean it - it hurts me deeply when I see tree branches being cut. On the other hand, I do have a bit of a nerdy side too, for example I love Lord of the Rings and fantasy worlds in general, and one of my items on my bucket list is to one day release my own book. I know gaming is a big thing nowadays, and I might have been called a gamer years ago, but, unfortunately, I had to pretend to be an adult at some point of my life and cut the gaming drastically. Not against it tho.
I would also say I am extremely open-minded as a person and non-judgemental at all, I always try to understand the other side, and what they may be experiencing internally before comitting to judgement. Also, very clumsy and I prefer cold over hot.
ANYWAY, hopefully this caught someones attention and if you'd fancy to have a chat with this internet stranger who eats sushi with hands and occasionally hugs trees - drop me a message! :)

2023.03.25 00:15 deepbluecalx Feedback on 7 day Florence/Tuscany Itinerary
Hi, I’m planning a trip to Tuscany for May and would appreciate any feedback on my itinerary so far. I’m interested in a relaxing experience but don’t want to miss out on any “must sees”. Is this too rushed or a good amount of time in each area? I will have a car. Thanks!
Day 1: Florence - Uffizi Gallery - Walk around (San Frediano, Santo Spirito, Duomo?) - Eat, drink
Day 2: Drive to Cinque Terre - Hike - Spend 1 night to sightsee more
Day 3: Spend the first half of the day in Cinque Terre and then drive to Siena for dinner
Day 4-6: Siena - Explore Siena and use as a base to explore surrounding region: Montepulciano, wine tasting, etc.
Day 7: Florence - Return to Florence for another day
Day 8: Fly to Sicily
