Feeling depressed for many years now, low testosterone, f**ked up hormone imbalances, tired all day, body hair falling off, head hair thinning out weirdly...
Had my Vitamin D3 levels checked, and the results were 4.89 ng/dL as opposed to being over 30 to be baseline...
My doctor told me to start taking daily 5,000 IU and have a blood test done after 2-3 months...
What can i expect in terms of results? Are there any?
And does anyone else have something similar to share so i dont feel like complete crap?

Hi! Can someone check over my calorie deficit stats and let me know if it sounds like Im on the right track?
25 year old female, 5’3” Start weight: 200 lb Current weight: 183 lb Goal weight: 125 lb
I think I fall into the “light” exercise category, since I’ve mainly just been walking outside. I hit a minimum of 10k steps every single day (some days getting closer to 13-15k)
I calculated my calorie deficit at 1500 calories per day but I have typically been eating about 1300 cal daily. The weight loss has been pretty steady up until a few days ago, which I’m guessing is just typical scale fluctuations from sodium/water retention/ etc? I do want to double check that my calorie amounts sound like I’m on the right track though! Thanks (:

Disclaimer: Please be understanding. This decision was the most difficult one I've had to make in my life so far, and I would appreciate your kindness and support. I want to share my dog's story and explain what led me to make this heartbreaking decision. When I was 21 years old, I moved out of my parental house to live with my girlfriend. Growing up around dogs (a Jack Russell Terrier and a Greyhound), I felt a strong desire to own a dog myself. However, due to living in a small apartment, I couldn't have one. So, I decided to volunteer at my local animal shelter instead. While volunteering, I connected with dogs that required experienced handlers or were considered "lost causes." One of these dogs was a beautiful American Staffordshire Terrier who had been surrendered by his third owner. He was believed to have a terminal illness called Cerebellar Ataxia, which affected his balance (he would fall over when he tried to pee). The prognosis wasn't good, and he wasn't expected to live past the age of five. Despite this, I fell in love with him, and my girlfriend and I made arrangements with the shelter to adopt him, promising that we would move to a house with a small yard to provide him the care he needed for the time he had left. I continued visiting the shelter daily to walk him and gain his trust while waiting for a change in our living situation. Unfortunately, during this time, he was attacked twice by an Anatolian Shepherd from the same shelter. This dog had a habit of breaking loose whenever he saw my dog. I believe these incidents triggered behavioral issues in my dog. Finally, when we were able to bring him home, it didn't take long for us to realize he had issues when encountering other dogs outside. Inside the house, he was the sweetest soul, but once outside, he would become reactive. As time went by, his Ataxia symptoms miraculously disappeared completely (even though the test results for the disease were negative). We suspect that he had given up on life until we adopted him, and the love and care we provided made a difference. Soon, we agreed that only I should walk him because he proved to be too difficult for my girlfriend to handle outside. Every walk, until the day he passed away, I was constantly on high alert, fearful of every corner, checking both sides before stepping out the door, and dreading the sight of off-leash dogs. Fast forward a couple of years, my girlfriend and I became parents of two kids. There were several incidents where off-leash dogs approached my dog, and he would react instantly. I always made sure we walked in areas where leashes were mandatory, so I never felt at fault. However, one incident left me devastated. Our neighbors got a small Beagle, and whenever my dog knew the other dog was outside, he would charge the fence in an attempt to get to him. I reinforced the fence and kept my dog inside whenever the neighbor's dog was out. For a few months, this arrangement worked well. Then, one summer night, I had just returned home from work and let my dog out in the yard while I went to the kitchen to get something to eat. I heard the Beagle bark, followed by my own dog's bark, a loud crash, and panicked howls. I rushed outside and saw that my dog had crashed through the fence and was latched onto the Beagle. I jumped the fence and separated them, luckily without any harm done because my dog had grabbed the Beagle's collar and not his neck. That night, I was shattered, feeling like I had failed both my dog and those around me (and looking back, I did). The next day, I contacted all the behaviorists I had seen over the years to explain what had happened and seek their recommendations. As some of you might have expected, the recommendations were limited. It was either muzzle my dog 24/7, build an outdoor reinforced kennel, or consider euthanasia, as his behavior couldn't be changed, only managed. In that moment, I knew what the right decision was, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. So, I continued with additional measures to limit my dog's freedom, causing more stress for me and my family. And now, here we are today. My dog was nearing 10 years old, and we had recently moved to the suburbs to give our kids more space. However, this change filled me with dread because there were now multiple exits, a fence that needed replacing, and a front door that had to be constantly locked. My kids were reaching an age where they would wander around the house, opening every door in sight out of curiosity. Moreover, the new neighborhood had many dogs going on off-leash walks, and there were more corners where other animals could appear unexpectedly. It was at this breaking point that I realized I couldn't continue living like this. Constant vigilance, fear during walks, and the looming possibility of my dog escaping and causing harm—it was an unbearable burden. With a heavy heart, I made the painful decision to contact the vet, seek permission, and schedule an appointment for euthanasia. As I write this, tears stream down my face. My dog was the perfect companion inside our home, bringing joy to me, my girlfriend, and our kids. However, when another animal was involved, he would transform into a dog that had no regard for his surroundings and would stop at nothing to pursue his prey. I will miss him deeply and will never forget the wonderful times we had together. I am overwhelmed with regret and grief that it had to come to this, but I believe I made the right choice for him, my family, and our surroundings. Rest in peace, buddy. Know that we all loved you and will forever cherish the memories we shared. When my time comes, I'll look for you.

Title pretty much explains my concern - context, I’ve just turned 23, M. Have been increasingly anxious over the past year I’d say as I started to get very anxious about my health (starting with little or minor things). Am quite skinny, always have been and remained the same weight over the years.
I remember as a young teen being able to feel my lymph nodes in the groin and never thought about it again until about 8 years or more later which created anxiety as I just generally became very anxious about health and getting sick. Went to doctors about it, he said they did feel on the enlarged side and got an ultrasound of testicle area just to be safe. Got blood tests alongside which found everything to be normal besides vit D. Started on 20000 UI supplements and tested again, still low so given another course. Doctor wanted to repeat blood test after 10 weeks, so just got that done a few days ago to check if my vit D had normalised after new course of supplements. It was then detected (for the first time out of the like 4-5 tests I’d had over the last few months) that my white blood cells were “slightly low” according to doctors surgery reception. Asked for more details and all they said was the doctors reported it as slightly low to them. Have repeat test for 14th, so roughy 2 weeks (it’s the 1st today).
Symptoms I’ve had over past few months:
- a sort of “wave of tiredness” that comes on after a few weeks, lasts a few days, then vanishes for quite some time. Mostly affected the eyes so got new glasses, haven’t really had a problem since new glasses but could return.
- itchiness/rashes around groin area, been inspected by two different doctors both said fungal infections which have returned like two or three times now.
-Not really a symptom, but could be important to say that I’ve been incredibly stressed, like anxious to the point where I can’t focus on anything at all through the entire day & night with difficulty sleeping/relaxing (constantly worried/looking stuff up).
-Most recent symptom(s) that I’ve had which I’ve never experienced before are associated with the bladdebowel. Basically, have had difficulties with bowel movements, sometimes hard, sometimes soft, still going frequently but could be a form of constipation or such. But for the last week, every time I have a bowel movement (however this might be happening outside of bowel movements too) it triggers very frequent urination and an urgency to want to pee (even after I’ve just peed). I can recall a few days ago having to pee about 8-10 times in about 1-2 hours, and when I went to lay down afterwards I felt a soreness towards the left and lower side of the groin.
- Have had on/off bad acid / stomach ache at times, sometimes feels like a little bit of pressure on right side a bit below belly button
-For past 2/3 weeks, A feeling of wanting to empty bowels quite often, incomplete evacuation feeling, straining triggers urinary urgency for a while, often would get up to toilet only to feel that I can’t go or don’t want to empty my bowels anymore.
Other details: - have increased activity and exercise - have changed diet (eating more fruit, veg, eating more in general) - have tried to increase fluid intake
Medications/supplements: -1x daily Sachets for constipation -2x 20000Ui Vitamin D capsules, weekly.
Obviously I wasn’t too sure what “low white blood cells” meant exactly, I’d learnt about it in school years ago so after the result I harmlessly thought I could just look it up and everything I saw just worried me.

"Write a program to find out how often a streak of six heads or a streak of six tails comes up in a randomly generated list of heads and tails. Your program breaks up the experiment into two parts: the first part generates a list of randomly selected 'heads' and 'tails' values, and the second part checks if there is a streak in it. Put all of this code in a loop that repeats the experiment 10,000 times so we can find out what percentage of the coin flips contains a streak of six heads or tails in a row. As a hint, the function call random.randint(0, 1) will return a 0 value 50% of the time and a 1 value the other 50% of the time "
The bit including # Code that creates a list of 10000 'heads' or 'tails' values I've done by myself, but the second one was just feeling impossible and this is the solution I found online. I feel like there was no explanation in the book how I could achieve it, but maybe I missed something and could not use it properly.
I am really struggling to understand how I can use fowhile loops in my projects, as I went through first 4 chapters, and there are some simple examples during "reading" part which I feel like they are just too easy in terms of projects. How a noob like me could know what "elif toss[i] == toss[i - 1]: " does? I can't know what I don't know and what I did not see in use(since I could know that toss[i] has to do something with index place in a list, but what exactly and how does it count 6 T's or H's) , so is it part of my learning process, that I seek for numerous hours(like today, around 2h, for different solutions to check how which is working) examples of other people?
I feel so dumb everytime I touch any project out of the book, since going through the chapter feels super easy, and then comes projects which I am stuck for couple hours.
I am about 8 days into the book, 2 years ago I tried learning from
py4e.com and failed, but the book was recommended by a friend of mine and I thought I'll give it a go. I don't know guys, I feel like there are some parts basic Python syntax which I already memorized therefore I can use it, but is it true that only practice and consistency including searching, writing and doing projects could get me anywhere?
I am about to start Computer Science at University this year and I feel so dumb that no amount of practice could get me anywhere since I can't get the basics : /
Could you please share some insight regarding your journey into programming/coding, which could help me? (I learned Linux first - around 3 months ago, which I did for about 1h every day, sometimes more, sometimes less, and now I choose Python since it's apparently the easiest language to digest and I am doing with it 1h minimum daily for last couple of days, yesterday and today 3h which I tend to keep since I am starting to see how vast is the subject) Should I jump from this book, to some easier projects on HackerRank, for couple days, or any other site which is good for beginners just to get my writing skills better? How long it took you guys to get confident in writing the code, not only reading it?

Well Hello Reddit :) In a bit of a predicament as you can tell from the title...
Funny thought (and first thought) was to come here and write about it...
I am a 30 year old male that has dated a 30 year old female now for 5 years. We first met in the elementary school and immediately liked one another. At that time we became official! This was 6th grade however... So our new found love lead to hugs and a first kiss.
She ended up moving schools and we did not see each other for 12 years... I had recently returned home after working in another state... I was 24 years of age back home and we ran into one another out at a bar, snagged the number, and started dating :) MISSION ACCOMPLISHED?
Over the next 4 years we had some great times together, moved to a new city, returned home, got a dog... All the normal signs of growth in a relationship. I decided after some internal thinking, ("What am I waiting for after 5 years of dating?!") to get get engaged.
I flew to NYC and met an old jewelry friend, purchased an engagement ring, flew home, and two months later proposed to my Girlfriend on my birthday at a special restaurant that has been as second home to many of our best dates.
My Fiancé left her retail jobs and decided to purse a career in Nursing 6 months before I got on a knee... Part of our process to get through her new workload and school commitments was I would handle housing, car, and most bills, while she worked to finish her two year nursing program. She has kept a PT job a couple days a week to have some income flow to handle her insurance, and for items she wanted to splurge on. I make good money to handle this, but taking care of two and maintaining a social life was still a no doubt financial stressor on me.
The first two semesters of nursing school went by with its challenges, but she had passed and after this week has finished her second semester. Two more to go! All according to plan? Well...
She has recently been spending a lot of time going out, with her nursing girlfriends and classmates. I have met a few of them, they are a bit younger, but ok... No issues there. She was however after every time going out coming home at an extremely late hour. I had asked, "Ok no problem, have fun! But I think its time for you to start coming back at a more reasonable hour, lets say midnight?" (Instead of 4am, then she's couch ridden the entire next day beating a hangover)
Her first Lie...
On one of her nights out she had said she would be with a group of nursing girls, well It seemed odd to me after she returned home that night, while I was in bed, she was texting on the floor beside the bed at 1 am... That seemed odd so late at night... I did something I have never done, and I checked her phone in the am and she had sent a kissing heart emoji to her male nursing teacher. So it was a date.... Clearly.
We ended up separating for two weeks, talking about what went wrong, and if we were going to actively fix this we both needed to work on some things. FAIR. I don't excuse her for doing that in the slightest, but she had some concerns with me I wish she would've brought to the table instead of seeking another mans attention!
The last month everything we had talked about we would work on since her date she did not take seriously... She was Lazy, acting spoiled, did not take care of the items we talked about, and almost seemed to self sabotage daily our happiness. It would be a good date out, no issues, then as we get home she would say something like "I still just don't know about us, we need therapy" Or something along those lines. Lot of highs and then hit with some lows... It has been difficult. I have tried to see the positive as much as I could from each day together, but we are struggling clearly.
Last week I texted her on Wednesday "lets have some fun tonight, not think too much, get a nicely made cocktail or two then get some sushi"
We did the date, went home, and as I walked outside to take the trash out she was on the phone with a deleted number.. It was the guy she went on a date again, her teacher... She said it was her friends office line, so I texted her friend... NOPE not her office line.
This time I was FURIOUS... Kicked her out immediately, said a couple nasty things and she left. She has been sleeping on friends couches now the last week... We are still separated.
I wanted to say the first time she went out with him, she seemed nonchalant, carless, and as I previously said, lazy in her attempt to make this work... This time she is BEGGING to come back, and to this time take it seriously what we said we would work on...and that she will show me.
We did have 4 amazing years together, I did see her as a wife and mother to our one day children (why I pursued an engagement with her). I don't believe she ever cheated before, never have had a urge to check her phone, but clearly we have a major issue here.
We are still separated... But she is asking me to know if she will be given another chance to once again prove that this was just a mishap. I am hurt, confused and exhausted.. Part of me wants to give it a go, part of me thinks that would be entirely idiotic to do so... Regardless of any relationships issue, there cant be another man/woman. PERIOD. How can you fix something when your partner seems to have one foot in? BUT now realizing the seriousness of this all coming to an end, she begs for her last opportunity.
I guess I wondered if any of you out there have been through something similar...

Longtime lurker here. After finally hitting the "normal" weight range, I thought I'd share my journey, if it helps anyone. I'm only sharing my views and approach, what I tried, what worked and didn't work for me personally so no shame on other methods/viewpoints! Go with whatever works for you.
My sedentary lifestyle plus the pandemic really piled on the weight - max around 73.5kg (162lbs). I guess it just goes to show how much lifestyle affects weight - I ate only healthy food, never liked any beverages except tea, coffee and water (really dodged a bullet there) and rarely ate packaged, processed snacks, if at all. After the pandemic I went off to college in a different state, and my lifestyle changes helped me finally reach my healthy weight.... but it wasn't quite the victory I was hoping for, as my fat percentage is still overweight (more on that in a bit). Still, I'm happy I got here!
- First, nutrition. I appreciated CICO as a general principle, but calorie counting wasn't for me. For starters, it's very difficult to get reliable nutritional data about my cuisine, plus each dish can be prepared in so many ways, I doubted a single number would be accurate for what I was eating. And there are way too many ingredients in "eyeballed" amounts to individually calculate for each dish.... the very idea exhausts me. Plus I have no idea what recipes the folks at my cafeteria follow. And that's another thing- Since I'm on my college's meal plan, I didn't follow any diet. No keto, nothing. Just a regular balanced diet of everything like we read in school.
- Food, for me, was about quantity more than quality. I made sure to only have single servings of everything - no second helpings really helped curb that stuffed, need-to-lie-down feeling after meals (especially lunch). I usually have 3 meals a day, plus tea and snacks in the evening, but I managed to skip that too. Sometimes I let myself have tea when I feel groggy.
- Water was another interesting thing. I used to drink very little water just a few glasses a day, but I made a habit of always keeping a 1L water bottle right next to me while working and drank whenever I felt bored or needed a break or even when I felt hungry. It's funny how I thought I was hungry, but all my body really wanted was water. This one trick kills two birds with one stone - it keeps from overeating AND helps you hit your daily recommended water intake. One less health item to feel guilty about!
- Exercise: I've always struggled with this one. I really wanted to do bodyweight exercises from fitness apps and youtube videos, but could never manage more than 5-10 minutes, with long rest periods. Plus my body ached all over, long after the fact and I couldn't tell if it was the good kind of pain from working out that burns fat, or the kind that comes from overtraining and injury. I know the importance of proper form and tried my best to follow instructions, but it's hard to spot the mistakes you don't realize you're making. Exercising was best left to be done under supervision.
- Tried running. Loved the idea of C25K but the sudden jump in intensity in the middle was too much for me (forgot the week number). I know that you can repeat the week you're on until you're ready, but being stuck in the same few weeks frustrated me. I tried out a couple of running apps - Adidas Runtastic was my favorite - but I never could get a nice, long-ish uninterrupted run, always ran out of breath and had to slow down.
- I decided that I would do brisk walking instead until I was fit enough to run, and that was a major factor in achieving slow, steady progress. The only problem was that I got too caught up in the tracking and numbers aspect of it (which surprised me, as I usually like nerding out on stats and visualizing progress). The accuracy was always too off for my liking (I literally timed my steps to a metronome, chose very high bpm songs and it always showed a lower step count, which meant less distance covered for that time, which meant less activity than what I really did) and hated that my hard work wasn't being reflected in the numbers. And don't even get me started on the GPS. It took just one comment from my mom, who was incredulous to learn that anyone would need an app for walking, for me to delete all my apps and banish my anxiety forever. I now walk for time, not distance, at a comfortable pace (this also frees me from sticking to a rigid route, I can impulsively make detours and switch things up without worrying about how to manually log them later in case my GPS signal gets lost). My commute also helps- I walk to college, it's a little over 1 km from the dorms to the building, which itself is pretty big so it's a little more to reach the classroom. I'd say that just going and coming back would be roughly 30 min a day of brisk walking, five days a week- perfect for sustainable, maintainable weight loss. The weekends are for trips to buy detergent and stuff which are even further away.
- Stair climbing was another unexpected help. I never took the lift in college, but sometimes did in our student dorms when I felt tired after a long day. My first class of the day would invariably be on the third or fourth floor, and during the day we would have to switch classrooms quite often, so I ended up climbing a lot of stairs. I find that short trips of a few floors a couple of times a day work much better than trying to cover the same number of steps all at once as some kind of workout.
- All this led to my current weight of 55.5kg (122.3lbs) and a healthy BMI of 21.7 (I use the CDC's calculator)! I know about BMI not being a magic number that shows the whole picture, so I'm not too hung up on the actual number, just a healthy range to go for. And while I was reading up this stuff I learned about body fat percentage, which is another great metric to see if you're healthy because it takes into account your body composition. It's really interesting and while I encourage you to check it out in detail, what I've gathered is that while BMI tells you whether your body's total weight is okay relative to your height; your body fat % tells you how much of that weight is fat and how much is muscle. Just like with weight and height, there's a proportion that has to be kept between fat and muscle, otherwise you're still not fit and healthy, even if you have a normal weight.
- For me, while my body weight is normal my fat percentage is not. And since my motivation to lose weight was to get healthy, that really bummed me out. While I'm happy I got this far, my journey is still not over like I thought it would be just because I hit a normal weight range, I'm still at risk for diseases just like I was when obese. Now I'm okay with it, I just replaced my target weight with a target body fat %. I liked tackling BMI first to bring down the bulk of my weight from excessive to a relatively safe zone, and then using the body fat % for fine tuning. I'd recommend doing this because if you take on just one metric at a time, it doesn't overwhelm you - you just need to focus all your efforts into bringing down just that one number inch by inch. It doesn't even need to be a perfect score, seeing mine creep down from the higher end to the lower end of the same "overweight" range is so satisfying! And once you bring your weight down to a slightly more manageable amount, your goal then changes from being "no longer overweight" to "getting fit and healthy".
- One last tip: take progress pics and body measurements; yes, both. It's amazing seeing your old photos from some months ago when the difference is noticeable, but for smaller improvements that aren't so clear or that the camera couldn't capture or just those days when you look in the mirror and think you've stalled forever- that's when body measurements work their magic. Numbers never lie, and that half-inch or one inch loss is sometimes just the push you need.
Wow, I did not expect this to be such a long post! Sorry for that, and here's a little tl;dr:
- Food: take care of BOTH Quality and Quantity
- Water: an easy fix with multiplying benefits. Highly recommend!
- Exercise: Keep it simple, do whatever works for you and that you can do consistently enough to get results in time. Walking, Running, Jump rope are what I'd recommend with low barriers to entry that give just as good results as all the rest.
- Stair climbing: Don't have to turn it into a 20 min workout: couple of flights or just one or two floors is great. Doing a couple of these spaced out won't seem like too much but you get the same benefits (at least for me). Same goes for walking- if I couldn't get a 20-30 min walk on some days, I'd just take a couple of short 7-10 min walks throughout the day.
- Use BMI to deal with the bulk, the body fat % for fine tuning
- Take progress pics and body measurements for looking back and feeling proud of yourself on the days your mirror tells you otherwise.

My girlfriend and I have been dating for 10 months now and she is almost 7 months pregnant. The pregnancy was not planned, but we both saw a future with each other and decided to keep him and start our little family. She told me early in her pregnancy she didn't want to keep working while pregnant and I supported her in her decision to quit working. I was very clear that we would have to make changes to how we live because I am in my last year of graduate school full time and we will have to be more responsible with how we spend money because we had had fights about money earlier in our relationship that were red flags that I hoped we had worked through. Before we met she was used to a lifestyle of spending money carefreely because she had multiple sugar daddys that financed her lifestyle. But when we started dating I made it very clear that this was not something I was ok with and that if she wanted a relationship with me she would have to cut these men out of her life to which she agreed. I was very serious about her and the relationship and was looking for a life partner, someone I could say we made it by leaning on each other and our families not on some strange creeps who want to bang my wife. She also had her own dealbreakers like asking me to stop smoking weed (I was a daily smoker which I haven't done since) and cut out my ex from my life (blocked and haven't heard from since). But since then we had two fights because she was upset that she had to 'give up her pretty privileges'
We live in my family home so we don't really have a lot of expenses besides food and her phone bill. She even applied for food stamps and was approved. We were doing well about being responsible but between out of pocket prenatal care charges and unexpected issues with my car that cost us more than $1.3K we haven't been able to do much over the past month. She also spent most of our food stamp on one shopping spree the first week of the month because she met another pregnant girl while shopping and decided to talk and shop with her for several hours. Even after that she refused to listen to me when I kept saying we needed to budget what was left so we don't run out before the end of the month and would go shopping to try out different meals she would see on tik tok and that money ran out two weeks ago as well.
Current situation:
When I come from school yesterday I told her my parents were sending me some money so we should be able to get some things she wanted, and even maybe eat out instead of eating the food my mom has been making like we have been the last 2 weeks. But when I spoke to my mom about the money she told me she needed it for an emergency and she would send it to me either friday or saturday but that she was planning on going food shopping so we have new things to eat in the house. I told this to my girlfriend and apologized for getting her hopes up only to let her down, but after that her energy was completely different and I could tell she was irritated. We were both hungry so we went looking for what to eat - there were still food items that she bought but never ate, food in the house, and I offered to make her a couple of things with what we had in the house but she didn't want any of the things and went back to our room. I had a big presentation due today so I told her to let me know if she wants anything, made myself a small meal and focused on my work. I went to check in on her an hour later and she asked for a plate of food. I went and got it for her but she proceeds to yell at me because it was not warmed up enough and proceeds to leave the house to buy food. On the phone she tells me she is tired of not having money and not being able to do anything and why should she struggle when she doesn't have to and she was hungry so she asked one of her sugar daddys for money. She explained she has tried respecting my wishes but she doesn't like not having money and it's very easy for her to get it from these men because of her pretty privilege so she doesn't see why she has to stop just for my sake. She says the conversation was very short and he just sent her money. I tried having a conversation with her after she returned home and she made it clear she won't promise this was a one time thing.
I'm torn because this just breaks the trust and confidence I have in her. She has lied to me and broken my trust in the past but I just thought that she would know not to cross this boundary because of how clear I was about it in the beginning. At the same time it was a really humbling and painful moment of feeling like I can't take care of my pregnant girlfriend and my unborn child the way she wants me to but it's simply chump change for another man. Obviously my priority is to create the best life for my son and to build a life with her but I just don't know how we can proceed forward when this is clearly an issue for me but she doesn't intend to respect it. Am I even entitled to feel this way when I can't provide for her the way she wants, though it is only temporary and I will have a high paying job in less than 12 months?

I've had Waze forever, but only recently started really using it daily. The more I used it, the more I enjoyed it. But the other day or so, it suddenly "forgot" me and when I try to register the account (by logging into my Google account) I get the error above. When I try to authenticate via my e-mail, it verifies the email but then I get the network error message, etc.
Is this due to the update I heard broke then Google interface? I have restarted the phone, checked settings, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Waze, etc. Do I just have to chill and wait this out? What insights do you have for me fellow Wazers? Also, now that I'm getting really into Waze, any tips, tricks, add-ons, etc. you would suggest? Thank you!
