Steakhouses in kingman arizona

Hello! My family and I (everyone is at least 25 years old, there will be 4 of us total) are going to Vegas for about a week around July 4th. I have been lurking this subreddit for a while and have gathered some questions I would appreciate any input on! We are staying at the Palazzo for reference.
We'll be landing in Vegas around 10pm. Is it better to pre-book transportation to the Palazzo or just try and get an Uber? Also, any tips on where to get some late night drinks and food near the Palazzo, especially when we're tired from traveling?
I've heard that things like bottled water are crazy expensive in the hotel. Any tips on cheapest place to get some bottled water and maybe liquodrinks to pregame and save some money? Bonus points for somewhere close to the Palazzo.
In terms of shows, we're pretty sure we're going to see Michael Jackson One (mom's choice) and Mac King. I've also suggested "O" by Cirque du Soleil. Mom shot down Absinthe so that's not happening. My sister wants to see "Vegas! The show" to see "show girls". It looks fine to me but nothing amazing, would appreciate insight or alternatives. I also suggested Shin Lim or Mat Franco.
In terms of restaurants, my mom really wants to go to Milos and Piero's. I have a reservation alert set for Piero's but none available right now for our dates. These are other restaurants that have been suggested to us and I would love input-
Capo's Italian, Golden Steer, Delilah, Esther's Kitchen, Bouchon, The Pepper Mill, Bardot (brunch), Cut, SW Steakhouse, Giada's. Also have been recommended to check out Mon Ami Gabi and Yardbird - these are chains that exist where we live already, are they worth visiting in Vegas too?
Any other tips are appreciated! My sister is looking into options for a spa day/afternoon and she's a big pool person so any advice on Palazzo/Venetian pools would be great.

I’m assisting with a steakhouse opening in a few months and we’re looking for something to compliment the table settings. Tables will be set clean and basic with knife, fork, napkin, water and wine glass. We need to avoid live flowers for a variety of reason. And fake flowers will likely look too cheap for the concept. Any ideas are certainly appreciated.
I once saw a place do flowers made of wrapped wire. It looked really nice. We want something kinda like that, low maintenance and pretty. I’m struggling to find a proper fit though.

Long overdue to replace the Window in my room. It is the 47.5 X 47.5 size. I don't know anything about windows and won't be installing it or anything. With the primary intention of keeping the blazing Arizona heat out, what should I look to get?
Also is there any way to get a small AC in a window that opens/slides horizontally? All AC windows units seem to all be made for the smaller vertically closing windows.

Overall to sum it up this was par for the course, the same as before with their gaming showcases, some good stuff, but ultimately a bit disappointing overall. There is a sense that there will be more Quest 3 exclusives to show off once that gets fully revealed, but for now who knows, it's all speculation. Good news is everything shown off is available for Quest 2 as well. And they finished with AG2, so at least one AAA game to show off this time.

The big one, the standout, the AAA Meta title everyone's been hoping for with these things. Looks amazing, just pure glorious VR gameplay that seems to be everything you want in a VR game. Quest exclusive so no PCVR version, the official nail in the PCVR Meta coffin (RIP). Finally something big from Sanzaru. Coming out "Winter 2023"....lol, so December? why not just say December 2023.
Also of note, a bit of a disappointment here that AG1 didn't get a Quest port. Would have been cool if while you wait for 2, you can now play the first one on Quest. Weird to be releasing a sequel to something a lot of people can't play the original for. But that's console gaming sometimes. Maybe, just maybe AG1 will be ported to Quest 3 and be a free included game when you buy Quest 3!!! Maybe...we can hope.

Probably not what a lot of people were hoping for, doesn't look like any of the cast is involved. Looks like a typical mediocre videogame tie-in. But you know, it's something.

I know its less crazy than it sounds but you gotta laugh that both Bulletstorm and Vampire look better than Five Nights and Arizona Sunshine in terms of new announcements. I'd wager 7th Guest, Samba De Amigo and other 3rd party will come soon but still these were nice surprises.
